Sheesh, where to begin. I’ve been in the industry for 10 years now and if I had to sum it up to be brief and not bore you I would say, I was born for this. I am passionate about every aspect of this industry from the basics of waxing to the intricacies of injections. It matters to me how someone is greeted at the door and the time spent at the check out counter and every single detail between. I started on the road, going home to home with pop-up equipment, to now having a staff of fifteen and over 3,000 sq ft to play in with some really awesome equipment I’ve worked so hard for. My career in this industry began in 2012 when I decided to change the way I saw beauty and feeling good about myself and give up tanning in UV beds. Seems ironic now how it has all unfolded but it has developed into so much more than I could have ever dreamt.

Beginning from early stages of research to obtaining certifications, and a bachelors in nursing to the doctorate I am seeking currently; I still have so much interest in this ever-growing industry and field of aesthetics, beauty, wellness and all that it encompasses. It’s like the gift that keeps on giving, and I am reaching for the stars. I’m often asked what started my career in aesthetics, and why nursing, and as cliché as it may sound I would say my mom. Observing her, learning her insecurities, being in the medical field herself, and a couple childhood accidents that landed me in a plastic surgeons chair snowballed into this perfect storm. I was able to marry together personal experiences, high expectations of my mother, competitive behavior and science and here I am. I’ve spent a lot of years learning and working, mostly relying on myself.

While I do love to learn and work, you’ll currently find me running the day-to-day rather than working on clients. I’ll also be working on personal things such as finishing school and growing my family. I’ve appreciated so much the patience with the transition to this role for me and I know it has been hard for some. I promise I am not out of the game for good. I love what I do! I am pushing my team to achieve excellence and this time away from the direct client care allows me more hands on training so their skill level is unmatched. I never thought it would become what it has, I am nowhere near done, and I am so thankful for that. While I am not working on the growth of this amazing place, you can find me relaxing at home, eating out (I especially love to take a foodie trip to Chicago), and driving around looking at real estate just for fun with my main squeeze Brian. I love to travel, have a large family I spend a lot of time with, and I am going to be a mom this year for the first time, so wish me luck! If you run into me anywhere, don’t be a stranger, I really miss seeing all of the face while working behind the scenes and would love to say hello.
